This Edge Sander machine is use for edge profile sanding for door frame, door core, windows, photo frame, cabinets and so on.

This Edge Sander machine is originally Italy technology design. With milling cutter (K): servo automatic positioning + quick switch milling cutter position. Use the fine trimming cutter (J), and the sanding unit and sanding head can be adjusted -45° ~ +90° .

Pressing device adopt cylinder load, make it can press tightening. This edge sander machine also adopts conveyor chain, use for the frequency control. Use the imported electrical component PLC which famous in quality and endurance, easy to get everywhere. It also use 10” touch screen auto control.

  • The self-developed practical high-efficiency edge-milling sanding equipment for wood products is mainly used for straight-line edge embryo polishing and primer sanding of wood products
  • Suitable for all kinds of solid wood, MDF, veneer and other materials, is the ideal equipment for straight edge milling, sanding, and polishing of conventional wooden doors, solid wood doors, cabinet doors, drawers and the other workpieces
  • The machine adopts touch screen control, electric lifting sanding speed and feeling quality of the workpiece. The milling cutters of the equipment are divided into servo milling cutters and jump to two types; they can be used for targeted selection of MDF workpieces and solid wood workpieces
  • Sand and sand frame can be based on the different edge type with different sand abrasive materials (grinding wheel, octagonal sheet, polishing head, sponge head and the other materials) to achieve the desired sanding effect, not only to make sanding easier and more efficient and production quality, while reducing the cost of personnel and abrasives, and increase margins
